First was when I built a website for an environmental organization that helped people locate nearby donation points for clothes and electronic waste. This initiative significantly supported local environmental efforts and reinforced my belief in technology’s power to improve lives. It also sparked a lasting curiosity about technology’s broader societal impact.

The second milestone came during my time at ActionCOACH CBD Firm — a branch of the global ActionCOACH franchise with over 1,000 offices in more than 80 countries. I was inspired by its vision: "Creating a prosperous world through corporate retraining." Witnessing how it revived businesses and contributed to economic growth in Vietnam deepened my understanding of the societal impact of business support services.

During my first six months at ActionCOACH, I participated in daily 30-minute sessions with 20+ teammates, where we shared our DISC personality profiles and Motivators test results. These sessions helped build trust, empathy, and strong team connections. They also gave me exposure to the mindset of business owners, helping me gain practical knowledge of business management through training and shared experiences.

These experiences reshaped my career goals. Inspired by technology’s transformative power and ActionCOACH’s meaningful impact, I am now committed to driving similar change.
